How Our Arizona Mail Forwarding Works

  1. You can order Mail Forwarding on its own or as an add-on to company formation or statutory agent service.
  2. Once you complete your order, you’ll be directed to sign into your new client account.
  3. You’ll be given your unique suite number and can begin using your new business address.
  4. You can use your business address on forms, marketing materials, business cards, and most other places you need a business address.
  5. Our local team will accept and process your mail at our Phoenix building. We’ll shred obvious junk mail and scan your business mail into your secure client account.
  6. You’ll get an instant email notification when new mail is ready to view.
  7. Easily upgrade or downgrade your Mail Forwarding package at any time inside your client account.

What happens if I go over my mail limit?

It can be hard to predict how much business mail you’ll receive when you’re just starting out. Thankfully, our team will never refuse any of your company’s mail. If you go over your free mail scan limit (10 or 25 mail scans per year, depending on your Mail Forwarding package) you can view additional mail scans for $15 per document. Or, upgrade to Virtual Office service to get UNLIMITED mail scans for just $19/month.

Can I get physical mail forwarded with Arizona Mail Forwarding?

Yes. By default, we send you your mail digitally—uploading it to your online account. However, if you need the physical mail document (such as a check or money order), we can forward it to your address for a small fee.

Do I need to file any forms with the United States Postal Service?

No. You don’t need to file any paperwork (including a change of address) with the postal service.
