Arizona Statutory Agent Services
Statutory Agent Service
We accept service of process for our clients. And if your mail from the Arizona Corporation Commission or other Arizona state agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Arizona statutory agent. Having a reliable statutory agent will help ensure that your company is in compliance with the State of Arizona.
Any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf are scanned at our local Arizona office and uploaded into your online account, and then you are sent an email with the item as an attachment or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. If you don’t respond to our email, we will continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. An option is to have emails sent to 5 additional email addresses (for example, your attorney, CPA or spouse) in case we do not get a response from you.

Beneficial Ownership Information Report Service
Within 30 days of registering to do business in Arizona, you must file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). (Note: companies formed in 2024 have 90 days and those formed before 2024 have until 2025… it’s complicated.) For $25, we’ll ensure that your report is filed correctly and on time so you can avoid the hassle of figuring it all out on your own.
Annual Report Service
Corporations in Arizona must file an annual report. The Arizona Corporation Commission sends you only one postcard reminding you to file the report, but if you don’t file or file late, you will have to pay a late fee plus penalty fees which accrue daily.
With statutory agent service, we provide our clients with a secure online account where they can check the due dates for their annual reports. We also send you multiple email reminders to file your Arizona annual report on time. You can also hire us to file your report for $100 plus state fees.
